This notice provides details of what information we collect from you, what we do with it and who it might be shared when you book and/or attend one of our training sessions

We collect the following information when you book our services

• Details of trainees name, address, email & phone number
• Driving licence number
• Credit / Debit card details
• Details of any payments and financial settlements made
• Contact number & email address
• Your Credit and Debit Card Information

If you use your credit or debit card, we will ensure that this is carried out securely and in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

The information is being collected for the following purposes:

To coordinate training including booking online modules

To make payment for relevant training course

To provide training to receive a relevant qualification.

We collect information from you as the client. 

In order to gain the qualification and certificate from an approved provider. 

For training courses, we will share your information with third parties that deliver part of the training, this would include course providers for training such as MiDAS where an online module is required to be completed.

We have a duty to protect public funds. We may check your information within the Council for verification purposes and/or for the prevention of fraud. We may share your information with other organisations where we are required to do so for the purposes of the prevention or detection of crime.

We do not transfer your information outwith the UK. 

We keep information for the duration of the qualification period, see details below.

MiDAS – 4 years

Class and course attendance registers are held for the duration of the course by the coaches and tutors.
