Contact the Prevention Team within the Housing Needs service:
Helping you stay in your home
- Help to allow you to stay in your own home, such as support services
- Relationship breakdowns or arguments at home
- Difficulties with your neighbours
- You may be entitled to benefits to help pay your rent
- Rent arrears or other debt concerns
- Issues with repairs and maintenance
- Home adaptations or equipment
- Care and repair service for home owners and tenants of private landlords

Money, benefits and energy advice
We are aware that times are difficult at the moment and many people are facing a cost of living crisis.
If you are in financial difficulty, then it may be helpful to speak to one of our colleagues from the following departments who can provide specialist advice.

- Benefits & support - Cost of living support - Support is available if you are struggling financially or emotionally due to the rising cost of living. You might be finding it hard to keep up with energy payments or worried you won't be able to afford the essentials.
