- Novoville Shared Repairs app is available to use in the Falkirk area and is supported by Falkirk Council. It can help homeowners to arrange common repairs within a tenement/block, whether in private ownership or mixed tenure. Through the app you can:
- report issues to other owners
- source quotes and take a vote on repairs
- open a digital account for your building and pay in shares for the work
- appoint and pay the selected contractor
For more information and to download the app, visit Novoville Shared Repairs or our Novoville Shared Repairs app page.
Adaptations - How do I get help?
To get assistance, please call Social Work Services on 01324 506070 and ask for a Needs Assessment. This assessment will help identify your needs and how urgently you require assistance.
If Social Work Services decide that adaptation work is essential, you will be referred to the Private Sector Team who can help you apply for a Mandatory Adaptation Grant, process your application and support you to get the work done.
Further information is available about adaptations and aids and our Care and Repair Service.
