All applications for the 2019/20 academic session must be received by 31 March to ensure you receive a placement for your child.

• If your child's 3^rd birthday falls between 1 March to 31 July – they are entitled to a nursery place from August this year.
• If your child is 3 between 1 August to 28/29 February - they are entitled to a nursery place the month following their 3^rd birthday.

All children over 3 years of age are entitled to 600 hours of early learning and childcare each year.

This will increase to 1140 hours from August 2020.

Falkirk Council is already phasing in this increase across a number of establishments ahead of the August 2020 deadline. Further details on the establishments involved in this can be obtained from the Early Years Admissions Team on x6661.
