Last year, nearly 2800 of us took part. The results helped shape six commitments focused on areas including communication, development and feeling valued at work. Since then, work has been taking place across services to turn those commitments into action.  

Quite simply, the more people who take part, the more the results can tell us. They help spot patterns, show where experiences differ and build a better understanding of what’s working well and where there’s still more to do.  
 
This year’s survey takes less than five minutes to complete and is completely anonymous.  

Every completed survey also raises £1 for charity. Last year, that meant almost £2800 was donated to the Provost’s Christmas Appeal.  
 
This year, £1 will still be donated for every completed survey, but we’re doing things a little differently. For the first time, you’ll be able to choose where your £1 goes from three charities that work locally.  
 
We’ll share the charities and a bit more about the work they do when the survey opens.
