Climate Week 2026: what's on for staff
The programme for this year’s Climate Week includes energy advice sessions, a drop in with the energy officer, a film screening and a quiz running all week. All events are open to staff.

Monday 21 September - Climate Week quiz
The quiz opens on Monday and runs until Friday. The prize is a £10 coffee voucher and a reusable coffee cup. Keep an eye out on Viva Engage for more details.
Tuesday 22 September - Low Carbon Living energy advice webinar, 11am on Teams
The Low Carbon Living team will cover small changes that can make a difference at home, including saving energy, managing bills and accessing support.
Topics include:
- energy saving tips for your home
- the Priority Services Register and the Warm Home Discount
- smart meters and Radio Teleswitch
- billing concerns and how to speak to your energy supplier
- how to raise a complaint
- the session ends with a Q&A.
Wednesday 23 September - Ask the energy officer at Falkirk Stadium
Drop in for an informal discussion on office heating, building energy performance or utility billing. This will be held from 1pm to 3pm, Room 2, Suite 1B.

Thursday 24 September - Screening of The People's Emergency Briefing
A screening of the briefing on the climate and nature crisis, held from 4pm to 5.30pm, The Eleven Suite, Falkirk Stadium.
Friday 25 September - Climate Week round up
The Climate Week quiz will close on Friday, and winners will be announced the following week.
