Whether we've worked here for 30 years or 30 days, we all experience work differently. The survey helps us understand those differences by looking at the things that shape our working lives - from feeling valued and supported to how well we communicate and work together.

The more of us who take part, the more the results can tell us. They help us spot patterns, see where experiences differ and better understand what’s working well and what needs to improve.

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and is 100% anonymous. You don't need to enter your name or email address, and your responses cannot be traced back to you.

For every completed survey, we’ll donate £1 to charities working locally. Last year we raised £2793 for the Provost’s Christmas Appeal.

This year, we hope to raise even more and we’re doing things a little differently. Instead of one charity receiving the full donation, you’ll choose which of the three charities below you’d like your £1 to go to.

Each supports people in local communities in a different way:

• Strathcarron Hospice - provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care and support for people and their families.
• ANDYSMANCLUB - runs free peer-to-peer support groups for men, providing space to talk and support their mental health.
• Provost's Christmas Appeal - helps local families who are struggling with the cost of Christmas.
