We recognise the benefits and impact that good health and wellbeing has on our employees.
Wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy and can be influenced by a range of factors including:
- Career and work factors
- Emotional factors
- Financial factors
- Health factors
- Social factors
Whilst these factors are both work and non-work related, we will create a workplace that supports our employees in improving and maintaining their own health and wellbeing.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The coronavirus outbreak has turned all our lives upside down, but thankfully life is starting to get back to normality with only some of the restrictions still in place e.g. physical distancing guidelines, facemasks.
Although we can get out and about more and go to the cinema, to restaurants, visit family and friend at their homes we still may feel anxious about Covid-19 – and that feeling is natural. We will still worry over our own health and of those we love so it's still important to take care of ourselves, mind and body.
In this section you'll find resources to support you through the ups and downs of the smaller challenges that we are still faced with.
If there's something you feel we've missed or you want to highlight resources you've found useful that you feel could help others, please email because it's good to share and care.
