We're introducing a new learning platform from 1 August that will become our new home for online learning.

The new platform replaces Olle, whose contract comes to an end on 31 July. It gives us the opportunity to move to a more modern system that will make learning easier to access and support future improvements to learning and development across our organisation.

Do I need to do anything?

No.

You can continue using Olle as normal until 31 July. There is no action you need to take before it closes. However, if you have any learning in progress, please complete these before the new platform goes live on 1 August.

We'll share everything you need to know before the new platform goes live, including how to access it and where to find support.

What will be available from launch?

From 1 August, you'll be able to access a prioritised set of essential learning courses and resources on the new learning platform.

Not all courses from Olle will be available at launch. More courses, features and programmes will be introduced as the platform continues to be developed.

Looking ahead

The new platform is more than a replacement for Olle. Over time, it will support a wider range of learning, better reporting and an improved experience for learners, teams and managers.

We'll continue to add content and introduce new features in phases.

Look out for more information over the coming weeks, including:

  • how to access the new platform
  • guidance for learners and managers
  • answers to frequently asked questions
  • where to get help if you need it.

For now, you can continue using Olle as normal until 31 July. We'll keep you updated as we get closer to the launch and make sure you have everything you need before the new platform goes live.
