Nearly 3000 employees added their voice
Drum roll 🥁please … approximately 2793 surveys have been submitted to this year’s employee survey, with every view helping to build a clearer picture of what it feels like to work here.
And with £1 donated for every survey completed, you’ve also helped raise £2,793 for this year’s Provost’s Christmas Appeal. The money raised will help support local families who might otherwise struggle this festive season.
Chief Executive, Kenneth Lawrie said:
Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey. Your feedback is vital. It tells us where things are working well and where we need to improve. This isn’t the end of the process. In the new year, we’ll share the results and the actions each service will take, so you can see how your voice is helping us build a workplace that’s inclusive and supportive for everyone.
Provost Robert Bissett added:
I want to thank every member of staff who took part in the survey. By sharing your views, you’re helping to create a culture we can all be proud of - one built on openness, trust and respect. Each response also added £1 to my annual appeal, which means more families will get the support this Christmas. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. By taking the time to fill in the survey, you’ve helped ensure this Christmas will be a little brighter for many households across our local area.
