It’s Mental Health Awareness Week – how are you doing?

Take action to support good mental health is the theme of this year's awareness week (11 to 17 May). 💚

Mental Health Awareness Week is a great reminder that looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health. Not just when things are hard - but all the time.

Whether that means talking to someone, taking a proper lunch break, or just checking in on a colleague, the small things add up.

If you do want a bit of extra support, we’ve got three great resources available to all staff:

🟒 Employee Assistance Programme: free and completely confidential, with access to counselling and practical advice whenever you need it

🟒 Able Futures: free, confidential support from a mental health professional, available by phone, video or email

🟒 Mental Health First Aiders: friendly, trained colleagues who are happy to have a chat, whatever’s on your mind

You can find out more about the wellbeing support on offer by visiting our website
