Workstream Progress (Project progress/Financial Updates)
Seven projects were approved by the workstream board to progress to Gateway 3 - Implementation and will be reviewed by the MIH Board

All remaining projects are tasked with completing project workbooks to allow sign off to progress to Gateway 3 – Implementation by 2 July.

Change Fund Update
Change Fund was allocated to:
- Closer to Home
- A Programme Management Co-ordinator has been recruited starting 21 July
- Recruitment for a Self-Directed Support Development Officer to commence now Service Manager in place.
- Training to support Best Practice in Child Protection to be commissioned.
- Succeed Today, Excel Tomorrow:
- Sprint Team to support the deployment of Connected Falkirk in place.
- Programme Management Co-ordinator recruitment has been unsuccessful. Alternative solutions being investigated.
