The three Advice & Support Hubs have reopened for customers who need more support and can’t access services online or by phone.
The East, West and Central Hubs are open between 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday.
Payments should continue to be made at Post Offices or Paypoint locations as we will no longer be taking payments in the Hubs. Setting up a Direct Debit online or by calling 01324 506070 is an alternative option which is safe and easy to do.
Paul Ferguson, Revenues and Benefits Manager, said: “Customers who can contact us by phone or access services online should continue to do so. This will allow us to support the customers who can’t, and particularly our more vulnerable clients.
“The Hubs are open for a limited period of time each day, but this will be reviewed monthly to ensure it meets service needs.”
The Central Advice Hub (pictured above) is now located within Falkirk Library.
