• 3 red risks and 1 red Issue related to the SWIS Replacement (Liquidlogic) Project

Achievements

• Significant progress on kitting out corporate connectivity for new Foundry office in Larbert
• Newmarket Street and Central Hub also fitted out with connectivity and IT equipment

Finance

• Savings reports have been produced from Integra for the Innovation Projects.
• Change fund reports are being developed, some tweaks required. Will be clear on links to Projects.
• New Integra financial reports are being developed to show sub-project detail. Senior accountants and project managers to work on further developing after 23/08/21.

12 Month Outlook

• List being developed of all elected member decisions for Innovation projects due over the next 12 months

Change Control Process

• Formal change control process is now in place for requests to update Milestone due dates.
