Scotland’s Climate Week will take place between the 13th and 19th of September.

This year’s Climate Week is particularly important as it is in the run-up to the international COP26 climate conference, taking place in Glasgow in November.

Events and activities are planned as part of the wider ‘Countdown to COP’ across Scotland.

Climate emergency

Falkirk Council declared a Climate Emergency in 2019 and we are working to reach Net Zero in terms of our direct emissions as an organisation and to support decarbonisation across Falkirk District in a way which is fair and improves the lives of people.
